Nico

An  illustrated paper toy created for Light Grey Art Lab’s Night of the Exquisite Corpse exhibition. Every artist invited to participate in the exhibition created a paper toy zombie based off of a common template. During the show’s opening, participants could switch body parts from all the assembled zombies to mix and match and create their own super zombie! My goal with Nico was to make sure that every body part was interesting and unique so that even if his parts were separated he’d still contribute to a compelling composition overall.

Cut & Fold Costumes

Cut&Fold Costumes are an ongoing series of paper craft masks that are easy to print out and assemble. I wanted to create accessible, stylish, and interesting masks while also exploring my ability to incorporate 3D forms into my illustration work. Masks can be downloaded on the Cut&Fold Costumes tumblr.
